Although the maintaining of accounting records and the preparing of financial statements are primarily the responsibility of the directors of a company or members of a close corporation, we also assist the directors / members and their personnel in the following accounting services:

• Processing of cash book from source documents
• Preparation of creditors and debtors invoices and statements
• Full spectrum of service covering creditor and debtor reconciliations
• Age analysis for creditors and debtors
• Maintenance of fixed asset register
• Bank and petty cash reconciliations
• Accuracy review of accounting work performed by client’s own accountant
• Compiling the general ledger up to trial balance
• Monthly and year-to-date sales reports
• Management accounts including key ratio analysis
• Prepare management accounts for discussion by directors and management
• Preparation of cash flow information for banks and other financial institutions
• Preparation of financial statements for approval by the board of directors
• Completion and submission of statutory returns to SARS 
(including VAT, PAYE, SDL, UIF and annual PAYE reconciliation)
• Full payroll service including monthly pay slips and reports reflecting year to date payroll statistics
